Abstract
【解決手段】ディーゼル機関10の排気体積流量が低流量閾値以下となる低排気流量運転領域と、同排気体積流量が高流量閾値以上となる高排気流量運転領域とにおける差圧センサ40の検出値を取得する。そして、これら検出値の差が所定以下であるとき、差圧センサ40の出力が固定される異常が生じていると判断する。

なお、上記各実施形態は、以下のように変更して実施してもよい。
Claims (7)
- 内燃機関の排気系に設けられる排気浄化装置の上下流の圧力差を検出する検出手段の検出結果に基づき、前記検出手段の異常の有無を診断する内燃機関の診断装置において、
前記内燃機関の運転領域が低排気流量運転領域であるときの前記検出手段の検出結果と高排気流量運転領域であるときの前記検出手段の検出結果との差に基づき、前記検出手段の異常の有無を判断する判断手段を備えることを特徴とする内燃機関の診断装置。 - 前記低排気流量運転領域と前記高排気流量運転領域とは、これらにおける前記圧力差間の差が、前記検出手段が前記圧力差に反応しないときにおけるその検出結果の変動よりも大きくなるように設定されてなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の内燃機関の診断装置。
- 排気体積流量を検出する体積流量検出手段を更に備え、
前記低排気流量運転領域は、前記体積流量が第1の閾値以下であるときであり、前記高排気流量運転領域は、前記体積流量が前記第1の閾値よりも大きい第2の閾値以上であるときであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の内燃機関の診断装置。 - 前記低排気流量運転領域における安定状態を判断する低排気安定状態判断手段と、
前記高排気流量運転領域における安定状態を判断する高排気安定状態判断手段とを更に備え、
前記判断手段は、前記低排気安定状態判断手段によって安定状態であると判断されているときの前記検出手段の検出結果と、前記高排気安定状態判断手段によって安定状態であると判断されているときの前記検出手段の検出結果とを用いて前記判断を行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の診断装置。 - 前記判断手段は、前記低排気流量運転領域における所定期間内での前記検出手段の検出結果の最小値と、前記高排気流量運転領域における所定期間内での前記検出手段の検出結果の最大値との差が所定以下であるとき、前記検出手段に異常があると判断することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の診断装置。
- 前記検出手段の異常は、前記検出手段の出力が正常な値の範囲内において固定される異常であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の診断装置。
- 前記検出手段は、センサ部材と、該センサ部材と接続される差動増幅回路とを備えてなることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の診断装置。
