Abstract
【解決手段】タンク内の流体をポンプにより送給する通路に設けられ、前記流体の圧力を調整する圧力調整弁であって、流体の導入口と、流体の吐出口と、弁体と、弁座と、コイルばねと、ばね受け部とを有し、前記コイルばねは、前記弁体と前記ばね受け部との間に介在し、前記通路内の流体圧力が所定値以下の時には前記弁体を閉鎖し、前記通路内の流体圧力が所定値より大きくなると前記弁体を開放する圧力調整弁において、前記コイルばねは、その上端巻部の上部巻端と、その下端巻部の下部巻端とは平面視で180度ずれている構成。

Claims (8)
- タンク内の流体をポンプにより送給する通路に設けられ、前記流体の圧力を調整する圧力調整弁であって、流体の導入口と、流体の吐出口と、弁体と、弁座と、コイルばねと、ばね受け部とを有し、前記コイルばねは、前記弁体と前記ばね受け部との間に介在し、前記通路内の流体圧力が所定値以下の時には前記弁体を閉鎖し、前記通路内の流体圧力が所定値より大きくなると前記弁体を開放する圧力調整弁において、
前記コイルばねは、その上端巻部の上部巻端と、その下端巻部の下部巻端とは平面視で180度ずれていることを特徴とする圧力調整弁。 - 前記コイルばねは、前記上端巻部及び前記下端巻部に平面部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力調整弁。
- タンク内の流体をポンプにより送給する通路に設けられ、前記流体の圧力を調整する圧力調整弁であって、流体の導入口と、流体の吐出口と、弁体と、弁座と、コイルばねと、ばね受け部とを有し、前記コイルばねは、前記弁体と前記ばね受け部との間に介在し、前記通路内の流体圧力が所定値以下の時には前記弁体を閉鎖し、前記通路内の流体圧力が所定値より大きくなると前記弁体を開放する圧力調整弁において、
前記コイルばねは、その上部有効巻端と、その下部有効巻端とは平面視で180度ずれており、前記弁体の作動範囲では、前記コイルばねの巻部同士が当接しないようにすることを特徴とする圧力調整弁。 - 前記コイルばねの巻部同士が当接しないようにする手段は、スペーサであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の圧力調整弁。
- 前記コイルばねは、前記1個のオープンエンド等ピッチばねと、該オープンエンド等ピッチばねの上下に取り付けられる支持部材からなり、前記支持部材は、外周に前記オープンエンド等ピッチばねを支持するための該オープンエンド等ピッチばねと同一ピッチの螺旋突起又は螺旋溝を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の圧力調整弁。
- 前記コイルばねは、ばね軸方向には長く径方向には短い断面形状を有するオープンエンド等ピッチばねであり、上端巻部及び下端巻部に平面部を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の圧力調整弁。
- 前記コイルばねは、ばね鋼パイプの外周に等ピッチ螺旋貫通溝を設けることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の圧力調整弁。
- 前記圧力調整弁は、自動車用燃料系に用いられることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか一項に記載の圧力調整弁。
