Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明の装飾用ガラス組成物は、実質的に鉛を含有せず、質量百分率で、SiO2 55〜70%、B2O3 15〜25%、Al2O3 3〜10%、BaO 0.1〜4.9%、ZnO 0.1〜5%、CaO 0〜3%、MgO 0〜3%、Li2O 0.1〜5%、Na2O 0〜10%、K2O 0.3〜15%、F2 0〜2%のガラス組成を含有し、軟化点が600℃以上700℃未満であることを特徴とする。

以下に実施例を挙げて、本発明を詳しく説明する。
Claims (11)
- 実質的に鉛を含有せず、質量百分率で、SiO2 55〜70%、B2O3 15〜25%、Al2O3 3〜10%、BaO 0.1〜4.9%、ZnO 0.1〜5%、CaO 0〜3%、MgO 0〜3%、Li2O 0.1〜5%、Na2O 0〜10%、K2O 0.3〜15%、F2 0〜2%のガラス組成を含有し、軟化点が600℃以上700℃未満であることを特徴とする装飾用ガラス組成物。
- 実質的に鉛を含有せず、質量百分率で、SiO2 55〜70%、B2O3 15〜25%、Al2O3 3〜10%、BaO 0.1〜4.9%、ZnO 0.1〜5%、CaO 0〜3%、MgO 0〜3%、Li2O 0.1〜2%、Na2O 0〜10%、K2O 0.3〜15%、F2 0〜2%のガラス組成を含有し、軟化点が600℃以上700℃未満であることを特徴とする装飾用ガラス組成物。
- 実質的に鉛を含有せず、質量百分率で、SiO2 55〜70%、B2O3 15〜25%、Al2O3 3〜10%、BaO 0.5〜4.9%、ZnO 0.1〜5%、CaO 0〜3%、MgO 0〜3%、Li2O 0.1〜5%、Na2O 0〜10%、K2O 0.3〜15%、F2 0〜2%のガラス組成を含有し、軟化点が600℃以上700℃未満であることを特徴とする装飾用ガラス組成物。
- 実質的に鉛を含有せず、質量百分率で、SiO2 60〜70%、B2O3 15〜25%、Al2O3 3〜10%、BaO 0.1〜4.9%、ZnO 0.1〜5%、CaO 0〜3%、MgO 0〜3%、Li2O 0.1〜5%、Na2O 0〜10%、K2O 0.3〜15%、F2 0〜2%のガラス組成を含有し、軟化点が600℃以上700℃未満であることを特徴とする装飾用ガラス組成物。
- 質量分率でK2O/Li2Oが0.3以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の装飾用ガラス組成物。
- 30〜380℃における平均線熱膨張係数が、30〜70×10-7/℃であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の装飾用ガラス組成物。
- 90℃9質量%クエン酸水溶液中に6時間浸漬した後の重量減少率が0.4%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の装飾用ガラス組成物。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の装飾用ガラス組成物の粉末と無機顔料を含有することを特徴とする装飾材料。
- 結晶化ガラス基板の表面に、請求項8に記載の装飾材料の被膜が形成されてなることを特徴とする装飾結晶化ガラス基板。
- 前記結晶化ガラス基板は、30〜380℃における平均線熱膨張係数が、−10〜+30×10-7/℃であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装飾結晶化ガラス基板。
- 調理器用トッププレートまたは燃焼炉窓として用いられることを特徴とする請求項9または10に記載の装飾結晶化ガラス基板。
