Abstract
【解決手段】任意の数の独立気泡層11と連続気泡層12と繊維質吸音材13とを、任意の順に積層して構成し、1000Hz近くの騒音の透過を遮断する。また、任意の数の独立気泡層11と繊維質吸音材13とを、任意の順に積層して構成する。さらには、任意の数の連続気泡層12と繊維質吸音材13とを、任意の順に積層して構成する。これらのシートを車両ドアインナーパネルの車内側の一部または全部を覆うものとして使用する。

Description
また、独立気泡層は遮音効果の他に防水効果にも優れ、連続気泡層は遮音効果に秀でている。
この遮音性シート10も、自動車のドアインナーパネル1の車内側に取付けられるもので、独立気泡層11と繊維質吸音材13とで構成される。図7に示す遮音性シート10は、独立気泡層11と繊維質吸音材13とを一層ずつ形成しているが、図8に示す遮音性シート10では独立気泡層11を二層形成し、遮音性と共に防水性をより高めている。なお、繊維質吸音材13を二層以上設けることもできる。
この遮音性シート10は、同様に、自動車のドアインナーパネル1の車内側に取付けられるものであり、連続気泡層12と繊維質吸音材13とで構成される。連続気泡層12および繊維質吸音材13ともに遮音効果に特に優れるので1000Hz近くの騒音を含め、あらゆる周波数の騒音に対する遮音性に優れる。なお、連続気泡層12および繊維質吸音材13の数およびそれらの配置は限定されない。
図11に示す表は、本発明の実施形態に係る遮音性シート10の透過音を、他のシートの透過音と共に示したものである。ここで、「NIシート」とは、前述したように、独立気泡層11と連続気泡層12を積層したシートを言う。この表に示すように、従来のシート(「NIシート3枚」および「NIシート4枚」)と比較して、本発明の実施形態に係る遮音性シート10(「NIシート+シンサレート」,「NIシート+フェルト」,「NIシート+シンサレート+NIシート」および「NIシート+フェルト+NIシート」)の1000Hz近くにおける透過音数値は相対的に低い。このことから、本発明の実施形態に係る遮音性シート10の遮音効果は、従来のシートと比較して優れていることが分かる。

Claims (9)
- 任意の数の独立気泡層と連続気泡層と繊維質吸音材とを、任意の順に積層してなることを特徴とする遮音性シート。
- 任意の数の独立気泡層と繊維質吸音材とを、任意の順に積層してなることを特徴とする遮音性シート。
- 任意の数の連続気泡層と繊維質吸音材とを、任意の順に積層してなることを特徴とする遮音性シート。
- 車両ドアインナーパネルの車内側の一部または全部を覆うべく、任意の数の独立気泡層と連続気泡層と繊維質吸音材とを、任意の順に積層してなることを特徴とする遮音性シート。
- 車両ドアインナーパネルの車内側の一部または全部を覆うべく、任意の数の独立気泡層と繊維質吸音材とを、任意の順に積層して構成してなることを特徴とする遮音性シート。
- 車両ドアインナーパネルの車内側の一部または全部を覆うべく、任意の数の連続気泡層と繊維質吸音材とを、任意の順に積層してなることを特徴とする遮音性シート。
- 最も車外側に位置する層を前記独立気泡層としてなることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の遮音性シート。
- 最も車外側に位置する層を前記連続気泡層としてなることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の遮音性シート。
- 前記繊維質吸音材がウレタンチップフェルトまたはレジンフェルトであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のうちいずれか一つに記載の遮音性シート。
