Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.引張係数が420MPa以下の異相(heterophasic)ポリプロピレンコポリマーであ って、 i)半結晶性プロピレン:エチレン:および任意にその他のα−オレフィンポ リマーマトリックス; ii)エラストマープロピレン:エチレン、および任意にその他のα−オレフィ ンコポリマー; を含む異相ポリプロピレンコポリマー。 2.前記マトリックスが、0.5〜10重量%のエチレン、および5〜12重量%の追加 のα−オレフィンを含む請求項1に記載のポリマー。 3.前記マトリックスが、1〜7重量%のエチレンおよび6〜10重量%の追加のα −オレフィンを含む請求項2に記載のポリマー。 4.前記マトリックスが、炭素数4〜8のさらに別のα−オレフィンを含む請求 項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー。 5.前記マトリックスが、1−ブテン、1−ペンテン、4−メチル−1−ペンテ ン、1−ヘキセン、1−ヘプテンまたは1−オクテンを含む請求項4に記載のポ リマー。 6.前記マトリックスが1−ブテンを含む請求項5に記載のポリマー。 7.前記マトリックス成分が、エチレン:プロピレンコポリマーだけである請求 項1に記載のポリマー。 8.前記マトリックス成分が、3.5〜8重量%のエチレンを含む請求項7に記載の ポリマー。 9.前記マトリックスが、4〜7重量%のエチレンを含む請求項8に記載のポリマ ー。 10.前記マトリックス成分のキシレン可溶部分(XS)が3〜30重量%の範囲 である請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー。 11.前記マトリックス成分のキシレン可溶部分(XS)が6〜20重量%の範囲 である請求項10に記載のポリマー。 12.前記マトリックス成分が、20〜90重量%の異相ポリマーを形成する請求項 1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー。 13.前記マトリックス成分が60〜90重量%の異相ポリマーを形成する請求項1 2に記載のポリマー。 14.前記エラストマー成分が、さらに別のα−オレフィンを含む請求項1〜1 3のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー。 15.前記エラストマー成分が、プロピレン:エチレンコポリマーだけである請 求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー。 16.前記エラストマー成分が、10〜80重量%の異相ポリマーを形成する請求項 1〜15のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー。 17.前記エラストマー成分が、10〜40重量%の異相ポリマーを形成する請求項 16に記載のポリマー。 18.前記ポリマーの引張係数が100〜400MPaである請求項1〜17のいずれか 1項に記載のポリマー。 19.前記ポリマーの引張係数が100〜300MPaの範囲である請求項18に記載の ポリマー。 20.前記異相ポリマーのキシレン可溶部分(XS)が20〜60重量%である請求 項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー。 21.前記異相ポリマーのキシレン可溶部分(XS)が30〜45重量%である請求 項20に記載のポリマー。 22.異相コポリマーの重量に対して5〜40重量%のさらに別のエラストマーが 前記ポリマーに混合されている請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー 。 23.前記さらに別のエラストマーが、エチレン:プロピレンゴムまたはプラス トマーである請求項22に記載のポリマー。 24.請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の異相ポリプロピレンコポリマーを 製造する方法であって、前記方法は、 i)半結晶性プロピレン:エチレンおよび任意にその他のα−オレフィンコポ リマーマトリックスを1以上のスラリー反応器および任意に1以上の気相反応器 内で生成する工程; ii)続いて、エラストマープロピレン:エチレンおよび任意にその他のα−オ レフィンコポリマーを気相で生成する工程を含み、 未反応のモノマーを除去するためのフラッシュを行わずに液相反応器から続く気 相反応器への移動を行うことを特徴とするポリマーの生成方法。 25.フィルム、成形品、シート、リッド(lids)、ビン、繊維、チューブ、発泡 体、ケーブルカバー、絶縁体、難燃剤およびその他の高添加物配合コンパウンド の製造のための請求項1〜23に記載のポリマーの使用。
