Sono noti attualmente contenitori destinati a contenere prodotti sfusi, ad esempio prodotti in polvere e simili; tali contenitori sono ottenuti a partire da un fustellato di materiale flessibile in foglio, ad esempio cartone, in cui sono definite una prima parete e una seconda parete del contenitore da realizzare, unite lungo un lato da un fianco intermedio e dotate sui lati esterni rispettivamente di un ulteriore fianco e di un lembo, destinati ad essere sovrapposti e uniti, ad esempio mediante incollaggio. Tale compito e tale scopo vengono entrambi raggiunti, secondo il trovato, dal presente contenitore per il confezionamento di prodotti deperibili e simili, ottenuto a partire da un fustellato di materiale flessibile in foglio in cui sono definite una prima parete e una seconda parete del contenitore da realizzare, unite lungo un lato da un fianco intermedio e presentanti rispettive coppie di patte di testata destinate a risultare sovrapposte nella configurazione di montaggio del contenitore stesso, il quale si caratterizza per il fatto che detto fustellato prevede, a lato di detta prima parete, un ulteriore fianco destinato ad essere sovrapposto e unito a un lembo esteso a lato della detta seconda parete, e presentante una serie di linee di frattura atte a definire una linguetta apribile a strappo e ripiegabile in corrispondenza di una linea di piegatura trasversale, per l'apertura di detto contenitore, detta linguetta conformando un dente destinato ad essere inserito al disotto di detto lembo, per la chiusura dello stesso contenitore. CLAIMS 1) Container for the packaging of perishable products and the like, obtained starting from a blank of flexible sheet material in which a first wall and a second wall of the container to be made are defined, joined along one side by an intermediate side and having respective pairs of head flaps intended to be superimposed in the mounting configuration of the container itself, characterized by the fact that said blank provides, at the side of said first wall, a further side intended to be superimposed and joined to a flap extended to the side of said second wall, and having a series of fracture lines designed to define a tear-open tongue and foldable at a transverse folding line, for the opening of said container, said tongue forming a tooth intended to be inserted under said flap, for closing the same container.

2) Container according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that said tab provides a transversal folding line able to define an external portion which can be folded and affected in a median position by a fracture line conforming to said tooth intended to be inserted under said flap.

3) Container according to claim 2, characterized in that said median fracture line is shaped like an arc of a circle.

4) Container according to claim 1, characterized in that said tab is defined between a pair of fracture lines extending transversely to said side.

5) Container according to claim 4, characterized by the fact that further fracture lines are made externally to said fracture lines, involving only an external layer of sheet material, suitable for defining respective flaps on the sides of said tab.

6) Container for the packaging of perishable products and the like according to what can be inferred from the description and drawings.
