II presente trovato concerne una confezione per prodotti alimentari, in particolare prodotti quali formaggio fuso, burro, margarina e simili. The present invention relates to a package for food products, in particular products such as melted cheese, butter, margarine and the like.

Attualmente per il confezionamento dei sopracitati prodotti si utilizzano confezioni, generalmente di forma prismatica a base rettangolare, comprendenti un unico involucro esterno, sotto forma di un foglio di alluminio o altro, che avvolge interamente il prodotto alimentare e presenta una parete di fondo e pareti laterali longitudinali della confezione prolungantesi in ampie alette superiori di copertura che, in condizione di chiusura della confezione, vengono ripiegate sul prodotto con sovrapposizione reciproca in coincidenza delle rispettive estremità libere. Per tenere prima dell'apertura le dette ampie alette superiori di copertura a contatto con il prodotto, in corrispondenza delle estremità di testa e di coda della detta confezione, le pareti laterali dell'involucro si prolungano altresì longitudinalmente oltre le estremità del prodotto e vengono ripiegate su corrispondenti porzioni del fondo dell’involucro realizzando delle sporgenze o linguette estreme longitudinali di forma triangolare tenute assemblate da una sorta di rivetto metallico anulare di unione. 10. Package according to any one of the previous claims from 6 to 9, characterized in that said gripping portion (50), in an integral package condition, is folded backwards and overlaps the said cover element (24).

Packaging according to any one of the preceding claims from 6 to 10, characterized in that, in the condition of an integral package, the gripping portion (50) of the covering element (24) has at least one free end part protruding from the portion folded overlapping upper (26) of the side wall (16) of the casing in correspondence with which said gripping portion (50) is arranged.

Packaging according to claim 11, characterized in that at least one side wall (16) and the respective upper overlapping portion (26) are continuously connected, at opposite sides, to corresponding side walls (20 and 22) and respective upper overlapping portions (30 and 32), by means of respective folded connecting portions (34, 34 'and 36, 36') defining respective edge lines (33, 33 'and 35, 35') separating said pareteci 6) and respective upper portion (26) from adjacent side walls (20 and 22) and respective upper portions (30 and 32); and from the fact that said gripping portion (50) has peripheral edges (51 and 53) which are arranged in correspondence with the corner lines (33 'and 35') separating said upper overlapping portion (26) from the connected upper adjacent portions (30 and 32) to allow, by traction of the said gripping portion (50), the shearing of the said edge lines (33 'and 35') and the separation between the upper portion (26) of said wall from the connected upper portions adjacent (30 and 32).

Package according to any one of the preceding claims from 6 to 15, characterized in that said gripping portion (50) is shaped such that, after the first opening of the package, it can be folded on the detachment line, extending beyond it, to protect said product (11) in correspondence with said detachment line.

Package according to any one of the preceding claims from 6 to 16, characterized in that at least part of the said peripheral connection lines (44, 46, 48) between the said covering element (24) and the said casing (12) define preferential break lines between said covering element (24) and said casing (12).

Package according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said package (12) has a prismatic conformation having peripheral head (16) and tail (18) peripheral walls and lateral peripheral walls (20, 22) orthogonal to said parts head (16) and tail (18), and in which said cover element (24) is in the form of a flat element having front edge (48) joined to said head wall (16) of the casing , a rear edge (42) joined to the tail wall (18) of said casing and lateral edges (44, 46) joined to the respective peripheral lateral walls (20, 22) of the casing, said gripping and pulling portion (50) of the said covering element (24) being located in correspondence with the said head side wall (16) of the casing (12).

Packaging according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said covering element (24) and said envelope (12) are made from a respective flat aluminum sheet.

Packaging according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the joint welding between the covering element (24) and the casing (12) is obtained by providing at least on the parts of mutual engagement a welding lacquer which can be activated by heating .
