Abstract
La presente invenzione riguarda un migliorato procedimento di ossidazione enzimatica per convertire la cefalosporina C in acido glutaril-7-amminocefalosporanico (glutaril-7-ACA) che prevede l'uso di una miscela contenente D-amminoacido-ossidasi, la cui attività esterasica è del 5% o meno dell'attività della DAO.Secondo il procedimento della presente invenzione, la resa eccellente del glutaril-7-ACA può essere ottenuta in termini di qualità.Inoltre, il procedimento della presente invenzione prevede tappe semplici e sicure ed è perciò applicabile su scala industriale.
