Abstract
La presente invenzione riguarda un migliorato procedimento di ossidazione enzimatica per convertire la cefalosporina C in acido glutaril-7-amminocefalosporanico (glutaril-7-ACA) che prevede l'uso di una miscela contenente D-amminoacido-ossidasi, la cui attività esterasica è del 5% o meno dell'attività della DAO.Secondo il procedimento della presente invenzione, la resa eccellente del glutaril-7-ACA può essere ottenuta in termini di qualità.Inoltre, il procedimento della presente invenzione prevede tappe semplici e sicure ed è perciò applicabile su scala industriale.The present invention relates to an improved enzymatic oxidation process for converting cephalosporin C to glutaryl-7-amino-cephalosporanic acid (glutaryl-7-ACA) which provides for the use of a mixture containing D-amino acid oxidase, the ester activity of which is 5% or less of the DAO activity. According to the process of the present invention, the excellent yield of glutaryl-7-ACA can be obtained in terms of quality. Furthermore, the process of the present invention provides simple and safe steps and is therefore applicable on an industrial scale.
