Abstract

Corpo di cuscino includente un complesso di molle elicoidali continuo comprendente porzioni ad elica e porzioni di collegamento lineari, e procedimento per formare tale corpo di cuscino. Il complesso di molle elicoidali continuo è inserito a pressione in una maschera, e sia la maschera che il complesso di molle elicoidali sono sottoposte a un trattamento di ricottura a bassa temperatura. Il complesso di molle così trattate è quindi espanso con un materiale di base uretanico in uno stampo, in modo da produrre tale tipo di corpo di cuscino.
