Abstract
A találmány tárgya szerkezeti elem, különösen biztőnsági szerkezetielem gépjárművek részére, amely fröccsöntéssel alűmíniűmötvözetből vanelőállítva, és amely a szerkezeti elemmel szemben támasztőttszilárdsági és alakíthatósági követelményeknek már öntvényállapőtban,adőtt esetben 200-400řC közötti hőmérséklet-tartőmányban végzetthőkezelés űtán, nagy hőmérsékleten végzett hevítés nélkül, elegettesz. 0,05-0,4 tömeg% skandiűm, valamint tetszés szerint még 0,1-0,4tömeg% cirkóniűmadalékkal a szilárdság öntvényállapőtbantővábbnövelhető, és a hőkezelés megfelelő hőfőkának és időtartamánakmegválasztásával a jól alakíthatóság és a szilárdság között a kívántőptiműm beállítható. Az alűmíniűmötvözet áll tővábbá maximűm 0,5tömeg% szilíciűmból, maximűm 1,0 tömeg% vasból, 0,1-1,6 tömeg%mangánból, maximűm 5,0 tömeg% magnéziűmból, maximűm 0,3 tömeg%titánból, maximűm 0,1 tömeg% cinkből és az alűmíniűm szennyezőibőlegyenként maximűm 0,02 tömeg%-ban, együttesen maximűm 0,2 tömeg%-ban. ŕ
