Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "COMPONENTE DE ESTRUTURA DEUMA LIGA DE ALUMìNIO DO TIPO AlMgSi". Uma liga adequadapara a preparação de peças de construção de estrutura com altopoder de absorção para energia cinética mediante deformaçãoplástica do tipo AlMgSi contém em %, em peso, silício 0,45 até0,85, magnésio 0,35 até 1,0, cobre 0,05 até 0,30, ferro 0,05 até0,25, vanádio no máximo 0,25, manganês no máximo 0,10 bemcomo impurezas condicionadas pela preparação individual de nomáximo 0,05, ao todo no máximo 0,15 e alumínio como resto. Apeça de construção de estrutura é aprontada de banda ou chapalaminada da liga. Peças de construção preparadas da liga sãoadequadas como peça de segurança na construção de veículos.A liga também é adequada para a preparação de peças decarroceria com alta capacidade de flexão sem formação de fendase pele de laranja, especialmente para a preparação de estruturasde duas chapas tais como capó, porta e tampa de porta-malas deum automóvel de passeio. Peças de construção de estrutura epeças de carroceria podem ser recicladas juntas de maneirasimples.
