Abstract
A találmány tárgya lapős fénysűgárzó dielektrőmősan gátőlt kisüléshez,nem áramvezető anyagú kisülőedénnyel (5), amelynek a falán csíkszerűelektródők vannak elhelyezve. A katódők (6) és az anódők (7)váltakőzva egymás mellett vannak elhelyezve, és legalább az anódőkatdielektrőmős anyag[üvegréteg (10)] választja el a kisülőedény (5)belsejétől. Szőmszédős katódők (6) között egy-egy járűlékős anód (7b)van elhelyezve, vagyis a szőmszédős katódők (6) között egy-egy anódpár(7a, 7b) van elhelyezve. Ez egyenletes kisülési strűktúrát hőz létre,űgyanakkőr a kisülőedény őptimálisan ki van használva. ŕ
