Abstract

991,167. Agricultural implements. ETABLISSEMENTS HUARD. May 17, 1961 [May 17, 1960], No. 18002/61. Heading A1B. A reversible plough is connected to a tractor provided with a three point linkage by means of a lever 4 which controls the plough reversing device and which is locked by a device which yields when the force exerted on the upper link 3 is between that exerted during actual ploughing and that when the plough is being raised out of the ground. As shown the lever 4 is locked by a spring urged lever 15 provided with a pin 16 which engages an abutment 12. In a modification the lever 4 is locked by means of toothed discs 19, 20 which are urged against discs 22 on the lever 4 by springs 21. In a further embodiment the lever 4 is held by spring clips which yield outwardly as lever 4 is moved.
