839,304. Mounting chucks &c. DORRIES A.G., O. Sept. 18, 1958, No. 29973/58. Class 83 (3). In mounting a turn-table &c. 1, carried by its driving gear 2, axial and radial bearings 3, 4 are arranged on the gear 2. Needle beating 4 in the bore of gear 2 is held in position by a ball-bearing 5 and a plate 10 bolted to a spigot 8 integral with the machine casting, or (as shown), mounted therein. Ball-bearing 3 is disposed between the gear and the casing.
