817,407. Building panels. PERTELIUS, O. Dec. 3, 1956 [Dec. 3, 1955], No. 36959/56. Class 87(1) A building panel comprises o u t e r layers a, b of porous, expanded, foamed or light-weight concrete cast on opposite sides of an insulating layer comprising corrugated paper board &c. c arranged with its channels perpendicular to the outer layers. The concrete is of such consistency that during casting it enters the channels of the insulating layer but does not fill them. The corrugated paper board c may extend over the whole area of the panel, Fig. 1, not shown, or it may be interrupted, the intervening spaces being filled with glass wool d or other insulating material.
