664,206. Handle-bars. REYNOLDS TUBE' CO., Ltd. June 22, 1950 [July 12, 1949], No. 18364/49. Class 136(iii) A cycle handlebar clip a has combined with it a screw d adapted to effect both tightening and slackening of the clip. The screw d is inserted through a pair of lugs c formed at the adjacent ends of a divided clip a. Axial movement of the screw relative to one of the lugs is prevented by a split ring e which is sprung into a groove formed adjacent to the-head f of the screw. The threaded end of the screw engages a rotatable nut g which is anchored to the other lug by a spring ring or, as shown, by expanding the inner end of the necked portion of nut over a washer h.
