420,966. Tennis rackets. BERTHOLD, R., 3, Hugo-Schneiderstrasse, Leipsic, Germany. July 27, 1934, No. 21977. [Class 132 (ii)] A tennis racket comprises a kidney sectioned tubular metal frame a, the ends b, c of which are located in the branches d of the T-shaped handle e, and held therein by the pull of the strings f which may be of steel, and arranged diagonally. A strip g, preferably of metal, is mounted around the concave outer portion of the frame to protect the stringing and secured by screws h or in any other suitable manner.
