Abstract
The block system comprises a block 1 made from side plates separated by two end webs which are the same thickness. An additional internal web 2 which is double the thickness of one of the webs, preferably by using two webs glued together, is located between the end webs to form uniform cavities or chambers. The webs include double slots 4 on their upper and lower edges and the side plates also include single slots. The slots allow the cross bar 14 of an H shaped clip bracket to be inserted when the slots of adjacent blocks are aligned in order to clamp the adjacent blocks together. The legs of the H shaped clip are used to connect up to four blocks together. The H shaped clip is made from two U shaped parts affixed together. The block is preferably made from wood composite panels glued together but can alternatively be made from moulded waste plastics.

BLOCKS TO THE SAME PATTERN CAN ALSO BE MOULDED FROM WASTE
PLASTICS OFFERING A USEFUL SOLUTION TO THE WASTE PLASTICS PROBLEM.
EMERGENCY, TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT DWELLINGS OF ALL KiNDS CAN BE ERECTED RAPiDLY iN CASES OF WAR, TERRORIST ACTIVITIES OR NATURAL DISASTERS.

THE THROUGH CHAMBERS OF THE BLOCKS ARE UTILISED TO SECURE THE
STRUCTURE TO THE FOUNDATIONS BY FITTING STEEL RODS AT STRATEGIC
POSITIONS ANCHORED FROM FOUNDATIONS TO ROOF PLATES, IN
EARTHQUAKE AREAS LARGE SPRINGS WOULD BE FITTED TO THE RODS IN THE

METAL CLIP BRACKETS ARE USED FOR ATTACHING ONE BLOCK TO ANOTHER UTILIS[NG THE SLOTS, TWO" U " SECTiONS FIXED BACK TO BACK FORM AN "H" SECTION THE CROSS SECTION OF THE "IF' FITS FIRMLY INTO ADJOINING BLOCK SLOTS WITH THE LEGS OF THE "H" SECTION CLAMPING THE BLOCKS TOGETHER.
THE LEGS OF THE "IF' SECTION HAVE STIFFENING PLATES AFFIXED WHICH STRENGTHENS TIlE LEGS AND PREVENTS BENDING ALSO A STOP LUG IS PROVIDED ENSURING THE CORRECT FIT OF THE CLIP BRACKET iN THE SLOTS.
BENT SECTIONS AT THE EDGE OF THE CLIP BRACKET ASSIST BLOCK POSITIONING.
FIVE TYPES OF CLIP BRACKETS ARE USED IN A COMPLETE STRUCTURE ALL BASED ON
THE SAME PRINCIPLE SECURING ONE, TWO, THREE OR FOUR BLOCKS.

PARTITIONING WALLS
WHERE PARTITIONING WAILS ARE REQUIRED THESE BLOCKS ARE SECURED TO THE
SHELL OF THE BUILDING BY PLASTIC BOLTS COMPOSED OF A PLUG WITH EXPANDiNG LEGS WHICH ARE SPREAD BY THE BOLT AS IT ENTERS THE PLUG.
THE PLUG IS PREVENTED FROM ROTATION BY ANTI ROTATION FINS WITH THE BOLT
SECURED BY A TAB WASHER, THESE BOLTS ARE FITTED AT THE TOP END OF THE END WEB AND ARE PRE-DRILLEJ) FOR THE PURPOSE.
THE SYSTEM ENSURES EASY REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF THE PARTITIONING
WALLS AT ANY TiME AS NEEDS ARRIVE LEAVING ONLY HOLES TO PLUG IN THE SHELL OF THE BUILDING WHEN REMOVED.
SPECIAL BLOCKS ARE MANUFACTURED TO FACILITATE THE SECURING OF THE BLOCKS

LINTELS, BEAMS AND JOIST ARE ALL MANUFACTURED WITH PLATES OF WOOD COMPOSITE AND DEPEND[NG ON USE AND STRENGTH REQUIRED REINFORCED WITH SHEETS OF EXPANDING METAL, THE METAL BENT AT THE EDGES INCREASING STRENGTH AND PREVENTS SLIPPAGE.
