1466293 Production of free flowing sugar particles DAI-ICHI KOGYO SEIYAKU CO Ltd 24 May 1974 [4 June 1973] 23243/74 Heading C2S A method of producing free-flowing particles of sugar comprises kneading glucose, fructose or a mixture thereof, in the form of an anhydrous powder with a solution of glucose, fructose or a mixture thereof whose sugar concentration is from 40-95% by wt. in an amount as to make the moisture content of the resulting wet mixture less than 7%, shaping the wet mixture into particles, and drying the particles at lower than 70‹ C.
