Abstract

1451954 Locking switches J A CRABTREE & CO Ltd 25 April 1974 [3 Feb 1973] 5475/73 Heading H1N A locking device for the handle 12 Fig. 1 of an electric switch 22 has a body 10 and a pin 19 which secures the body 10 to the handle 12 so that interference with the body of the switch prevents operation of the switch. A pivoted latch 30 is provided to hold the pin 19 in position and has a flange 35 and slot 38 engaged over the head 36 of the pin, the latch 30 being padlocked at a lug 16 projecting through a slot 30a.
