Abstract

1442614 Chains ZAKLADY KONSTRUKCY JNO - MECHANIZACY JNE PRZEMYSLU WEGLOWEGO 4 July 1973 31891/73 Heading F2Q A carrier chain for cables or hoses 19 comprises a link chain 1 to every second link of which are secured a pair of channel pieces 2 having walls 7 which are secured together by bolts 6 and have longitudinal grooves 3 by means of which they are secured to a chain link, the walls 7 also having end recesses 4 which are adapted to accommodate adjacent links of the chain 1. The longitudinal grooves may be of the forms shown in Fig. 4. In a modification, shown in Fig. 3, double channels 18 are formed to receive cables 19. The channel pieces may have rectangular contours or trapezoidal contours, as shown in Fig. 5.
