Abstract

1302145 Reservoir pens PENN CORP 18 June 1971 [28 Aug 1970] 28836/71 Heading B6P A pen casing comprises a first portion 12 including a cavity 22 of polygonal cross-section for receiving a second portion 14, the second portion having a neck 34 for entry into the cavity 22 and formed with projections 36 to provide a tight fit therein, the second portion being adapted to support a writing tip as at 78, and a cap portion 16 which fits over the second portion 14. The second portion 14 is formed with a bore for receiving a ball-point pen cartridge (74, Fig. 5, not shown) or a nylon tipped writing assembly (Fig. 4, not shown). The outer surface of the first portion 12 is of polygonal, e.g. triangular, cross-section and may carry advertizing indicia thereon.
