1398664 Typewriters LITTON BUSINESS SYSTEMS Inc 31 Oct 1973 [3 Nov 1972] 50590/73 Heading B6F A type bar action comprises a cam 25 brought into contact with a power roll 27 on key depression, the cam 25 being pivotally mounted on a sub-lever 31 and in rest position engaging the sub-lever at 51, a cam arrestor 60 being provided which is engaged by the cam as it returns towards rest position before it comes to rest to eliminate bounce of the cam and possible reengagement thereof with the power roll. The cam arrestor is secured to a mounting bracket 33 which pivotally supports keylevers 35, trip levers 39 and the sub-levers 31.
