1390536 Body frame for, exercising device R M MARTIN 9 Nov 1972 15533/73 Divided out of 1390535 Heading A6M A body frame for use in an exercising device comprises an upper portion 66 for supporting the exerciser from the buttocks to the head, a lower elongated portion 76, a pivot axis 64 arranged substantially at the centre of the frame between its two ends and securing means at its lower end for engaging the exerciser's feet to maintain the exerciser stationary relative to the body frame the securing means including a cross bar 92 for engagement by hooks on boots worn by the exerciser and a foot rest 90, the cross bar and foot rest being longitudinally adjustably secured to the portion 76. The upper portion 66 preferably includes a canvas support means 72 and the cross bar and foot rest can be adjusted relative to each other and as a unit on the lower portion 76 and are preferably arranged on opposite sides thereof. The frame can be supported on axis 64 in the exercising device of Specification 1390535.
