Abstract
1351064 Knives K H BALKE 29 Aug 1972 [7 Oct 1971] 39975/72 Heading B4B A knife, e.g. for cutting deep frozen meat, is formed by machining oblique teeth 3, 4 across the blade edge from opposite sides of the blade 1 to define oppositely raked cutting edges 5, 6 for producing a kerf cut. A hand knife, Fig. 1 (not shown), may be provided with a handle (2), or the knife may be circular (not shown), and the teeth may be alternated along the blade in groups or singly.
