Abstract

1294165 Screw threaded containers closures P C COX (MASTIC APPLIANCES) L+d 4 Aug 1971 [5 Aug 1970 37826/70 Heading B8T Outlet portion 2 of container 1 has a first threaded length 4, an unthreaded length 6 and a second threaded length 7, one having a right handed thread, the other a left handed thread so that on application of a cap 3 having superimposed intersecting left and right handed female threads, the cap is rotated counterclockwise, pressed down a short distance and then rotated clockwise as viewed from above the cap. Again, the cap may carry two spaced sets of male threads of opposite hand while the interior surface of outlet 2 is formed with interesting left and right handed female threads.
