Abstract

1,114,034. Fuse holders. JOSEPH LUCAS (INDUSTRIES) Ltd. 3 April, 1967 [14 April, 1966], No. 16347/66. Heading H2G. A fuse holder for one or more cartridge fuses 31 (Fig. 1) comprises an insulating base 11 having at least one pair of slots 13, 14, 13a, 14a at each of two opposite edges, a conductive clip member 12 adapted to grip a fuse end cap being slidably engaged in each pair of slots. The clip members are retained in position by portions thereof struck out from the side arms and contacting the upper surface of base 11 and a further springy member engaging the edge of aperture 18. If the holder has provision for a plurality of fuses, resilient members (33), (34), (Figs. 4 and 5, not shown), may be provided for holding a spare fuse.
