Abstract

1,021,096. Stands. JAMES BEDFORD & CO. (HALIFAX) Ltd. Jan. 5, 1965 [Jan. 16, 1964], No. 1936/64. Heading A4H. A display stand comprises two frames 10, 11 each having a pair of spaced members 13, 14 joined by a vertical strut 15 rotatably mounted in one of a pair of sleeves 16, carried by a lateral spacing strut 12, one of both vertical struts 15 having means, such as telescoping portions 18, 19, for varying the vertical spacing of the members 13, 14. Locking screws 17, 20 serve respectively to secure the strut 15 in the sleeve 16 and to lock the telescoping portions 18, 19 at selected height. The lower members 14 together with extended portions 22 serve as a base support and the upper, article supporting members 13 are provided with U-shaped members 21 which may be secured to or rotatably mounted on the upper member 13.
