1383609 Stands P G S SHREDER 24 Oct 1973 [15 Nov 1972] 52644/72 Heading A4H A lectern-type stand which can be suspended from a steering-wheel and used to support a book comprises a flat, rectangular board, plate or frame with a forwardly-extending ledge or shelf and means for attachment to the steering-wheel, said means comprising either inverted-U hooks at the upper corners of the board, &c. or rearwardly bent-over portions at the upper corners of the board, &c. The ledge may be detachable so that it can be fixed to the board in a plurality of positions. The board may include slots or other holes for the fixing of detachable components.
