Abstract

1,065,639. Drills; planing tools. F. LEINER & CO. Ltd. Dec. 9, 1965 [Dec. 21, 1964], No. 51777/64. Headings B3C and B3L. [Also in Divisions B4 and H2] A reamer attachment for screwdrivers, chisels and gimlets or the like suitable for deburring tubes or metal plates comprises a U- shaped member (3) (Fig. 4, not shown) having a V-shaped groove (6) (Fig. 1, not shown) in one of the arms of the U to receive the edge of the plate or tube to be de-burred. The two arms of the U-shaped member are clamped around the blade of a screwdriver (1), Fig. 1, (not shown), by a headed pin (4) and a hole (7) is provided in one arm for bending wire and a detent (9) (Fig. 3, not shown) is provided in the other arm as a wire skinner. In a modification matching V-shaped grooves may be provided in both arms of the U-shaped member.
