Abstract
1,064,353. Composite castings; making composite metal. DIRECTOR OF NATIONAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE FOR METALS, JAPAN. Feb. 19, 1965 [Sept. 19, 1964], No. 7272/65. Headings B3A and B3F. A metal article, e.g. a rod, comprises a molybdenum core with a cast-on coating of a heatresistant alloy based on Fe, Ni or Co and having a melting point of not less than 1200 C., the composite having been hot worked in air to reduce its cross-section.
