Abstract

1,049,161. Gas scrubber; spray-producers. AJEM LABORATORIES Inc. Jan. 9, 1964, No. 1046/64. Headings B1R and B2F. In a gas scrubber of the type comprising a rotating spray generator, liquid is fed by a pump 47 and pipe 44 on to an inverted conical distributing member 55 arranged within and rotating with a spray generator 30. As shown the spray generator comprises radially disposed vanes 33 but in a modification it may be of the cage type. The surface of the distributer may be grooved.
