Abstract

Procédé de fabrication de feuilles de papier finement crêpées, douces, de faible densité et à gonflant élevé. Dans le procédé selon l'invention, on fait une pulvérisation contrôlée d un adhésif sur une surface d'une feuille continue de papier contenant un inhibiteur de liaison et déshydratée au prealable par voie non thermique. On règle la phase de pulvérisation de manière à pulvériser un a hésif sous forme de gouttelettes discontinues uniformes sur une surface de la feuille continue et à obtenir un recouvrement optimal de la feuille par les gouttelettes de l'adhésif. Cette surface de la feuille est ensuite collée uniformément sur une surface de séchage thermique et est crêpée après séchage de la feuille. Application aux feuilles de papier crêpé à un ou deux plis.
