Claims (8)

1. Förfarande för framställning av fusionsprotein, kännetecknat därav, att det önskade proteinets 5 strukturgen kopplas tili 3'-ändan av den kodande strängen av en eventuellt modifierad tendamistatgen, vilken kodar i tabell I angivet tendamistat eller en modifikation därav, som fortfarande förmär reagera reversibelt med spesifika reseptorer, denna genkonstruktion uttrycks i Streptomyces-10 värdceller, och det utsöndrade fusionsproteinet isoleras ur odlingssupernatanten.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat därav, att tendamistatgenen förkortats ut-gäende frän den kodande strängens 3'-ända.
3. Genkonstruktion, kännetecknad därav, att man till 3'-ändan av den däri ingäende kodande strängen av en eventuellt modifierad tendamistatgen, vilken kodar i tabell I angivet tendamistat eller en modifikation därav, som fortfarande förmär reagera reversibelt 20 med spesifika reseptorer, kopplat en strukturgen för ett annat protein.
4. Genkonstruktion enligt patentkrav 3, kännetecknad därav, att tendamistatgenen förkortats ut-gäende frän den kodande strängens 3'-ända.
5. Vektor, kännetecknad därav, att den innehäller en genkonstruktion enligt patentkrav 3 eller 4.
6. Streptomyces-cell, kännetecknad därav, att den innehäller en vektor enligt patentkrav 5.
7. Fusionsprotein, kännetecknat därav, 30 att det innehäller en N-terminal del, som utgörs av den i tabell I angivna tendamistatsekvensen eller en modifikation därav, som fortfarande förmär reagera reversibelt med specifikä receptorer.
8. Användning av ett fusionsprotein enligt patent-35 krav 7 eller som erhällits enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknad därav, att det sker för att fram-ställa ett eventuellt modifierat tendamistat och/eller dess fusionspartner.
