COMPRENDE: A) CULTIVAR MACROFAGOS HUMANOS JUNTO CON INDUCTORES; B) SEPARAR DE LOS MACROFAGOS UNA FRACCION QUE CONTIENE UN MARN DE FACTOR DE NECROSIS DE TUMOR HUMANO Y PREARAR A PARTIR DE LA FRACCION UNA BIBLIOTECA DE CADN; C) CLONAR CADN QUE CODIFICA EL FACTOR DE NECROSIS DE TUMOR HUMANO O SU PORCION PRINCIPAL; D) INSERTAR EL CADN CLONADO EN UN VECTOR DE EXPRESION; E) INTRODUCIR EL VECTOR RECOMBINANTE EN UN HUESPED PARA TRANSFORMARLO, SIENDO EL HUESPED UN MICROORGANISMO COMO ESCHERICHIA COLI; F) CULTIVAR EL HUESPED TRANSFORMADO CON EL VECTOR RECOMBINANTE PARA PRODUCIR EL POLIPEPTIDO; G) RECOGER EL POLIPEPTIDO RESULTANTE DEL HUESPED; Y H) PURIFICAR EL POLIPEPTIDO POR METODOS DE PURIFICACION CONVENCIONALES PARA PROTEINAS.
