Abstract
UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE BENZAMIDAS SUSTITUIDAS. SE HACE REACCIONAR EL ACIDO (II) O UN DERIVADO REACTIVO DEL MISMO CON EL COMPUESTO (III). SE OBTIENE EL COMPUESTO DE FORMULA GENERAL (I). LA REACCION SE SUELE EFECTUAR EN UN DISOLVENTE INERTE, PREFERENTEMENTE EN PRESENCIA DE UN ACEPTOR DE ACIDO. DICHO DISOLVENTE PUEDE SER BENCENO, TOLUENO, ETER DIETILICO O SIMILARES. COMO ACEPTOR DE ACIDO, PUEDE EMPLEARSE UNA AMINA TERCIARIA O UN CARBONADO DE SODIO O POTASIO, PUDIENDO EMPLEARSE TAMBIEN BASES ORGANICAS. LA TEMPERATURA OSCILA ENTRE 0 C Y 80 C.
