PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION MICROBIOLOGICA DE UN POLIPEPTIDO QUE CONTIENE TOTAL O PARCIALMENTE LA SECUENCIA DE AMINOACIDOS DEL INTERFERON DE FIBROBLASTOS HUMANOS. CONSISTE EN ACTIVAR FIBROBLASTOS HUMANOS EN PRESENCIA DE UN INHIBIDOR DE SINTESIS DE PROTEINAS PARA LA PRODUCCION DE AMRN DE INTERFERON; SEPARAR Y PURIFICAR EL ARMN; PREPARAR UNA DOBLE HEBRA DE ARN-ADN; SEPARAR EL ARN POR HIDROLISIS; COMPLETAR LA HEBRA DE ADN REMANENTE MEDIANTE LA ENZIMA TRASCIPTASA INVERSA; INCORPORAR LA DOBLE HEBRA DE ADN-ADN EN UN PLASMIDO; TRATAR CON SAL MICROORGANISMOS PARA QUE SEAN CAPACES DE ACEPTAR EL PLASMIDO HIBRIDO E INTRODUCIRLO EN LOS MICROORGANISMOS; SELECCIONAR, CULTIVAR Y CENTRIFUGAR LOS MICROORGANISMOS. ESTOS COMPUESTOS TIENEN APLICACIONES FARMACOLOGICAS POR SU ACTIVIDAD CONTRA EL VIRUS, Y POR INHIBIR LA DIVISION CELULAR.
