PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE UN MICROORGANISMO QUE FORMA UN POLIPEPTIDO CON LA SECUENCIA DE AMINOACIDOS DEL INTERFERON DE FIBROBLASTOS HUMANOS. CONSISTE EN LA ACTIVACION DE FIBROBLASTOS HUMANOS, EN PRESENCIA DE UN INHIBIDOR DE SINTESIS DE PROTEINAS PARA FORMAR EL AMRN DEL INTERFERON, SEPARACION Y PURIFICACION DE ESTE; OBTENCION DE UNA DOBLE HEBRA DE ARN-ARN MEDIANTE ENZIMA TRANSCRIPTASA INVERSA; HIDROLISIS DE ESTA DOBLE HEBRA PARA SEPARAR EL ARN Y FORMACION DE LA DOBLE HEBRA ADN-ADN; INCORPORACION DE ESTA EN UN PLASMIDO, INTRODUCCION DEL HIBRIDO EN MICROORGANISMOS Y SELECCION Y CULTIVO DE LOS QUE CONTIENEN LA INFORMACION GENETICA DESEADA. EL INTERFERON TIENE APLICACIONES FARMACOLOGICAS POR SU ACTIVIDAD CONTRA LA FORMACION DE VIRUS.
