Abstract
Procedimiento para el lavado y limpieza a máquina de materiales sólidos, especialmente textiles, empleando agentes de lavado y de limpieza pobres o libres de fosfato en el que el líquido de limpieza que contiene como mínimo 0,05 g/l de un formador de complejos ligador de iónes de cálcio, hidrosoluble, se conduce contínua o temporalmente circuito a través de un alumosilicato que contenga agua, ligador de iónes de cálcio, insoluble en agua, de fórmula (cat2/nO)x.Al2O3.(SiO2)y'' donde cat significa un catión intercambiable por cálcio, de la valencia n, x representa un número de 0,7 hasta 1,5 e y es un número de 0,8 hasta 6, caracterizado porque el alumosilicato presenta una granulometría de 0,05 hasta 1 mm y se encuentra en una cámara de arrremolinamiento dispuesta en el sistema de circuito en la que la dirección de flujo está dirigida en contra de la fuerza de gravedad y la velocidad de flujo del líquido es inferior a la velocidad de sedimentación de las partículas de alumosilicato.
