Abstract
Mejoras introducidas en el objeto de la patente principal nº.432.238, presentada el 21 de Noviembre de 1974, por: "Procedimiento para la preparación de nuevos compuestos análogos de ácidos prostanoicos que no se presentan en la naturaleza", teniendo estos compuestos la fórmula XVII **(Fórmula)** en la que R1, R2 y R3 tienen los significados mencionados para la fórmula I de la patente principal, y R4 significa un átomo de hidrógeno o un grupo alcohilo de cadena recta o ramificada con hasta 10 átomos de carbono, así como de sus sales fisiológicamente compatibles con bases orgánicas e inorgánicas, y sus ésteres con alcoholes de cadena recta o ramificada con 1 a 4 átomos de carbono, caracterizadas porque, según las etapas de procedimiento a) hasta k) de la reivindicación 1ª de la patente principal, se prepara un compuesto de la fórmula XVI de dicha patente principal, también según la patente principal se separa el grupo cetálico en un compuesto de la fórmula XVI mencionada, mediante hidrólisismoderada catalizada por ácido o por transcetalización, en presencia de un gran exceso de una cetona, de una manera en sí y de por sí conocida, y el compuesto de fórmula I, así obtenido, en que R3 tiene el significado mencionado para la fórmula I, y R1 y R2 significan conjuntamente oxígeno, se hace reaccionar con un agente de acilación, y el compuesto de la fórmula XVII obtenido se reduce eventualmente para formar un compuesto de la fórmula XVII, en la que uno de los radicales R1 y R2 significa un grupo hidroxilo y el otro significa hidrógeno, y, en caso de que se desee, un ácido libre de la fórmula XVII se transforma, según procedimientos conocidos, en una sal o un éster fisiológicamente compatible.
