Abstract
Procedure for preparing esters of quinoxalylthionothiolfosphoric and -phosphonic acids, of formula I **(See formula)** wherein R is C 1 -C 5 -alkoxy or C 1 -C 4 -alkyl and R'is C 1 -C 6 -alkyl; characterized in that the halides of thionothiolphosphoric acid esters, respectively thionothiolphosphonic acids, of the formula **(See formula)** in which R and R'have the meanings defined above and Hal represents a halogen atom, they are reacted with 6-hydroxychiaoxaline, optionally in the presence of diluents and optionally in the presence of an acid acceptor or in the form of its salts, to temperatures between 10 and 120ºC, preferably between 60 and 90ºC.
