Abstract

Un método de formación de una tela fibrosa de la que pueden cortarse secciones para formar guatas caracterizadas para cantidades crecientes de fibras desde los bordes hasta la porción central de la guata, cuyo método comprende las operaciones de proporcionar por los menos des tiras continuas de fibras compactadas, siendo una tira de anchura menor que la otra y situada a lo largo de su mediana longitudinal, simultáneamente individualizar las fibras de cada tira en una estación individualizadora única para producir una sola corriente de fibras con un contenido de fibras creciente y decreciente en dirección transversal a dicha corriente, depositar dichas fibras sobre una cinta foraminosa móvil para formar una tela con una superficie plana adyacente a dicha cinta y una superficie convexa en la superficie opuesta y consecutivamente variar la velocidad de deposición para producir con ello una tela con secciones longitudinales con un contenido en fibras alternativamente creciente y decreciente.
