Abstract

Dispositivo de cierre desgarrable para recipientes, previstos en particular para contenido puesto a presión, tal como cerveza o bebidas gaseosas, cuyo dispositivo de cierre está destinado a formar un cierre hermético en la parte de abertura de dichos recipientes, caracterizado porque dicho dispositivo de cierre comprende dos partes, a saber, una parte externa y una parte interna, la parte externa de las cuales consta de un cuerpo tubular, cuyo exterior comprende elementos para el logro de una fijación estanca al gas y mecánicamente estable del dispositivo de cierre en la parte de abertura del recipiente, y cuyo interior define la abertura de vertido del dispositivo de cierre, y porque la parte interna consta de un cuerpo que puede introducirse en la parte externa y cubre completamente la abertura de la misma, y que con partes del cuerpo se extiende al menos hasta el borde libre inferior del plano que define el cuerpo tubular de la parte externa, porque dichas partes externa e interna estánunidas entre sí a lo largo de una pared de conexión delgada rompible de manera relativamente fácil que se extiende a lo largo de toda la circunferencia del borde superior de la parte externa, y porque un disco de película estanco al gas está herméticamente unido al borde inferior de la parte externa así como a dichas partes de la parte interna que se extienden hacia el interior de la parte externa, cuyo disco de película de cierre hermético está constituido de un material estanco al gas y desgarrable de manera relativamente fácil.
