Abstract

A bottle (4) made of thermoplastic material comprises a lateral wall (4b), an end wall (4a) and an extraction opening. The extraction opening is produced by means of a curved or polygonal opening slot (5) closed upon itself and formed in the end wall (4a) by partial melting of the thermoplastic material of the latter. The parts surrounding the slot (5) are adhesively bonded in a fluidtight manner to a threaded covering cap (3). The bottle (4) is filled through the other end which is sealed thereafter. In order to open the bottle, the cap (3) is rotated and this breaks the fluidtight connection between the flat part (3c) of the cap (3) and the outer part (4a'') of the end wall (4c) without leaving a thin, cutting edge. <IMAGE>
