Abstract

Disposición de medición con por lo menos dos electrodos (6, 9) y compartimentos separados aptos para la recepción de líquidos, caracterizada porque entre dos electrodos redox (6, 9) dispuestos uno enfrentado al otro y que se extienden hasta por lo menos un compartimento cada uno o que hacen contacto con un tal compartimento y presentan cualquier forma, se encuentra un soporte (1) eléctricamente aislante que separa por lo menos 2 compartimentos uno del otro y contiene por lo menos una abertura (3), en la que la abertura (3) une los compartimentos y tiene un diámetro tal que, al existir una diferencia de tensión por encima del soporte, mediada por los electrodos (6, 9), se genera un campo eléctrico no homogéneo alrededor de la abertura que aumenta en magnitud al acercarse a la abertura y es capaz de trasladar cerca de la abertura vesículas, células, fragmentos de células u organellos biológicos a la misma por electroforesis, lo cual permite un exacto posicionamiento y una unión eléctricamenteselladora de vesículas, células, fragmentos de células y otros organellos biológicos o membranas orgánicas de origen adecuado con la abertura.
