Abstract
Freidora eléctrica, en particular para uso doméstico en la que se propone proveer a un dispositivo de filtrado dispuesto en un recipiente para el baño de la freidora de una bomba que, con fines de limpieza, está acoplada con un dispositivo de accionamiento eléctrico dispuesto fuera del recipiente del baño y que transporta el líquido del baño, en un proceso de circulación, a través de un filtro. Esto tiene la ventaja de que la filtración se puede realizar de forma continua durante el funcionamiento de la freidora. El filtro puede ser relativamente pequeño y estar dispuesto por encima de la superficie del líquido del baño, con lo que puede ser fácilmente retirado y limpiado, por ejemplo también en el caso de que el líquido del baño se haya consolidado y, por consiguiente, en estado frío.
