Abstract

Esto tiene la ventaja de que la filtración se puede realizar de forma continua durante el funcionamiento de la freidora. El filtro puede ser relativamente pequeño y estar dispuesto por encima de la superficie del líquido del baño, con lo que puede ser fácilmente retirado y limpiado, por ejemplo también en el caso de que el líquido del baño se haya consolidado y, por consiguiente, en estado frío.
