1.- MATERIAL PORTADOR Y FORMA DE IMPRESION PLANA DE ALUMINIO, ASI COMO EL PROCEDIMIENTO PARA SU PRODUCCION. 2.1.- COMO MATERIAL DE SOPORTE PARA FORMAS DE IMPRESION PLANAS CON FOTOREVESTIMIENTO DE QUEMADO, HASTA AHORA HAN SIDO UTILIZADAS ALEACIONES DE CONTENIDO PURO DE AL O MN. LAS ALEACIONES MUESTRAN UNA ESTABILIDAD TERMICA BASTANTE MAYOR QUE AL PURO, PERO ANTE UNA RUGOSIDAD ELECTROQUIMICA EN HCI O HNO3 SE MUESTRAN COLOREADOS DE LA SUPERFICIE Y DIFERENTES ESTRUCTURAS DE RUGOSIDAD QUE INFLUYEN NEGATIVAMENTE SOBRE LAS CUALIDADES DE COPIADO TECNICO Y LA REGOSIDAD UNIVERSAL. SE QUIERE OBTENER UN MATERIAL DE SOPORTE QUE DESPUES DE LA RUGOSISDAD UNIVERSAL Y GRAN ESTABILIDAD. 2.2.- DE UNA ALEACION DE ALUMINIO CON 0,2 - 0,6% FE < 1% MN < 0,25% SI Y CU Y MANTENIENDO DETERMINADAS CONDICIONES EN EL TRATAMIENTO AL CALOR Y TRANSFORMACION, SE OBTIENE UN MATERIAL CON UN ENSAMBLAJE DE EXPULSION FINO (GRADO DE DISPERSION D < 50 FASES U / M3). LA RELACION DE CANTIDAD DE LAS FASES ALMNSI : ALFE : ALMN QUEDA ENTRE 1:1:2 Y 1:1:3. ESTE MATERIAL TIENE GRAN ESTABILIDAD TERMICA CON EL FE Y MN DISUELTOS.
