Galleta perfeccionada, tipo sandwich, aperitivo dulce, salado, o un producto alimenticio de naturaleza similar, hecho con masa o pasta laminada o en hojas, como una forma geométrica convencional, caracterizada porque presenta tres capas de pasta, de las cuales la interior (2) es una masa, pasta o crema de pulpa de frutas, hierbas, semillas, cereales, productos lácteos, chocolate, o cualquiera derivado de los anteriores, que queda totalmente embebida en las dos capas exteriores que se unen entre sí lateralmente formando el cuerpo de la galleta (1).
